### Brian Vince
With 27+ years at TFC, Brian is detail-oriented, analytical, and a natural problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement and learning. His extensive experience includes qualifications in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Health and Safety, Auditing, Personal Training, and AI system design. Brian led TFC to achieve AS9120/AS9100 certification in 2005 and redesigned the TFC 8D process in 2023, showcasing his commitment to process improvement.

Our supply chain partners, from manufacturers to logistics and information technology are carefully selected to fit our commitment to quality and AFC has been a Quality Assured company since 1981 and approved to ISO9001:2008. We are proud to announce our recent approval to **Aerospace BS EN9100:2009/9120:2010 Standards **(AS 9100C and AS 9120).
Based on ISO 9001, BS EN9100 (AS 9100C) includes additional aerospace-specific requirements and provides the industry with a standardised set of requirements to help improve quality throughout the supply chain and reduce cost through continual improvement.
#### Product Range
Our service is tailored towards satisfying unique customer requirements and, as a result, our product range is very comprehensive. We do not restrict ourselves to specific ranges of parts in either standards or specials. All our products can be supported with either ISO, AS or individual OEM approvals with lot traceability certification as required. Our standard product ranges include:
Wave Springs, Spirolox Retaining Rings, Laminar Sealing Rings, Circlips, Fasteners, Nuts, Bolts, Screws, Washers, Shims, Panel Fasteners, Stud Bolts, Inserts, Sheet Metal Fasteners, Fasteners Manufactured to Customer Drawings, Hose Clamps, Bearings, Rivets, O Rings, Seals, Rubber Mouldings, and Gaskets.
Standards: A, AS, AGS, ABS, ASNA, DHS, DIN, EF, EN, ISO, JN, MBBN, MDS, MS, NA, NAS, NSA, NSN, PAN, S, SL, STD SPWG and much more.
