Es wurde nicht nur wertvolle Zeit für die Verhandlungen mit einer breiten Basis von Einzelkomponentenlieferanten aufgewendet, sondern das Lagerteam stand auch ständig unter dem Druck der Produktion, die Produktionslinie kontinuierlich zu versorgen. ### AFC-Lösung Das **[Vendor Managed Inventory](https://tfc.eu.com/de/products-services/vendor-managed-inventory-services/)** (VMI)-Paket von AFC war der Schlüssel zur Lösung dieses kostspieligen Problems. Ein stetiger Strom von Teilen für den Einsatz auf Lager sorgte dafür, dass die Teile nie am Streb ausgingen.
