Zyklussperre AFC Europe ### AFC Europe maja 10, 2022 Durch Nutzung der gesamten Flexibilität des Smalley-Fertigungsprozesses war es möglich, einfach und kostengünstig einen speziellen internen Haltering mit zwei Windungen für diese manipulationssichere Anwendung zu konstruieren. Normalerweise wird ein Innensicherungsring mit einer Kerbe an den äußeren Ringenden geliefert, um das Entfernen zu erleichtern. Durch die Umkehrung des Kerbprofils (ähnlich wie bei einem Außenring) und die Verwendung eines hochbelastbaren Materialabschnitts ist es praktisch unmöglich, den Ring zu entfernen. Das Smalley-Herstellungsverfahren umfasst das Wickeln von abgeflachtem Runddraht auf einen genauen Durchmesser und erfordert im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen gestanzten Sicherungsringen keine teuren Werkzeuge.
