# Smalley gewinnt zum sechsten Mal in Folge den GM Supplier Quality Excellence Award

Der Fertigungspartner von TFC, Smalley, wurde mit dem General Motors Supplier Quality Excellence Award 2017 ausgezeichnet, der Smalley zum sechsten Mal in Folge diese prestigeträchtige Ehre zuteil werden ließ. 2017 erhielten 175 Lieferanten diese Auszeichnung, aber Smalley war nur einer von fünf, die sie sechs Jahre in Folge erhalten haben.  
 GM zeichnet seine namhaften Lieferanten seit 2012 mit dem Quality Award aus, der nur an Unternehmen vergeben wird, die 13 strenge Qualitätskriterien erfüllen.

Zu erfüllende Standards waren:

- Keine verspäteten Lieferzeiten
- Keine Anlagenstörungen/unerlaubte Veränderungen
- QSB- oder BIQS-Zertifizierung Level III oder höher
- Keine Berichterstattung und Lösung von Problemen mit Kundenzufriedenheit oder Produktmanagement (PRR) für 12 Monate

Diese Auszeichnung sechs Jahre in Folge zu gewinnen, ist unglaublich, sagt Andy Postula, Senior Quality Engineer bei Smalley. Wir nehmen unsere Qualitätsstandards hier sehr ernst, und für ein weiteres Jahr in Folge anerkannt zu werden, ist unglaublich. Wir fühlen uns sehr geehrt, zu den wenigen Auserwählten zu gehören, die diese Auszeichnung von Anfang an erhalten haben, insbesondere angesichts der riesigen Lieferantenbasis von GM™. Wir werden weiterhin hart daran arbeiten, an der Spitze der Branche zu bleiben.
