Juni fand das jährliche Straßenrennen unseres örtlichen Laufclubs auf den wunderschönen Feldwegen rund um Heathfield statt. Obwohl es kein großes Rennen ist, zieht das Heathfield Road Runners Midsummer 10K sowohl Top-Clubläufer aus der Grafschaft als auch Freizeitläufer an. Sussex ist keineswegs eine flache Grafschaft und dieses Rennen hat die Hügel, um es zu beweisen! Gill Boorman, ein Mitglied des Buchhaltungsteams von TFC, ist einer der vielen Heathfield Road Runner, die an der Organisation der Veranstaltung beteiligt waren, und als Gill TFC um Sponsoring bat, waren wir mehr als glücklich, zu helfen.
