Automatisierung / Robotik AFC Europe ### AFC Europe maja 11, 2022 ## Kundenherausforderung Der Hersteller von Miniatur-Robotersystemen stand vor einem Problem, als er versuchte, die Vorspannung einiger Miniaturlager in einer Exoskelett-Anwendung einzuführen. Da die Baugruppe auf ultradünnwandigen Lagern beruhte, waren die tragenden Lagerflächen kaum mehr als 1 mm breit und der axiale Raum für die Vorspannungsbaugruppe war extrem eingeschränkt. Da der axiale und radiale Platz so hoch ist, war die Verwendung einer Kombination aus herkömmlicher gewellter Unterlegscheibe und Sicherungsring ausgeschlossen, da die kombinierte Dicke und der effektive Durchmesser einschließlich der Ansätze eines herkömmlichen Sicherungsrings innerhalb des vorhandenen Raums nicht akzeptabel waren. ## TFC-Lösung Das technische Team von TFC empfahl die Verwendung einer einzigen Komponente, um eine kompakte, leichte Lösung bereitzustellen. Der **Smalley Wavering** ® ist ein spiralförmiger Sicherungsring (oder Sicherungsring), jedoch mit dem zusätzlichen Merkmal der Komprimierbarkeit. Er ist so konzipiert, dass er in eine Nut passt, und übt Druck in zwei Richtungen gegen die Nutwand und gegen die montierten Komponenten aus. In dieser Anwendung war der **Wavering** ® in der Lage, den Aufbau von Toleranzen auszugleichen und Lockerheit als Folge von Vibrationen während des Betriebs zu eliminieren.
