Elektronische Geräte / Energie- und Technologielösungen AFC Europe ### AFC Europe maja 10, 2022 ## Kundenherausforderung Als erfolgreicher britischer Hersteller, der seit über 30 Jahren Energie- und Technologielösungen für die schnelllebige kommerzielle Büromöbelumgebung liefert, sah sich das Managementteam mit einem wachsenden logistischen Problem konfrontiert. Der Einkauf und die Handhabung von über 400 Lagerbeständen von Verbindungselementen der Kategorie C wurde immer schwieriger. Regelmäßige Lagerengpässe verursachten anhaltende Probleme, die zu Produktionsausfällen und Ausfällen des Kundendienstes führten.
