The team covered 30 miles and 57,000 steps in 4 rounds of golf to successfully complete the ˜Longest Golf Day Challenge™ held at the East Sussex National golf course near Uckfield, East Sussex. A global initiative, the Macmillan Longest Day Challenge invites golfers to play four full rounds in a single day and is so-called because it usually takes place on the longest day of the year, however, the TFC team had the small disadvantage of playing one day ahead of the summer solstice; with slightly less daylight available.
